Last weekend Samantha performed at here school talent show. Last year she danced, and this year she played the violin. She really loves to perform and she is already planning what she wants to do next year. We chose a song toward the back of her violin book and it took a while to learn it for the audition a few weeks ago, but once she got a hang of hit I had a hard time getting her to practice it. I will admit Samantha has a natural talent, but somehow I will need to teach her the art of practicing. I accompanied her on the piano and I played the song over and over again. Over the last few days she played it a few times, and I finally convinced her to play it 5 times in a row just before the performance.
